We can cater for a maximum of 8 experience day guests within your group. All of our vouchers can be purchased online and will be sent out to the customer as soon as payment is received.

Our experience day vouchers are non-refundable and there is an age limit of 8 years old for any person that will actually be flying the birds of prey. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age restrictions are included within the text descriptions of each experience day so please check these prior to purchasing.

We have a strict 24 hour notice period for cancellations on all of our experience days. If you do not show up for your experience day, we will not re-book you in for another day – you MUST contact us prior to your experience date to inform us if you do not wish to attend your booking.

*** PLEASE NOTE *** Once payment has been received, a voucher pack will be sent via email or by post (depending on the option chosen by the customer) to the shipping address given on your order. Inside this voucher pack are details on how to book your experience day in with us.

If you have a specific date in mind and it’s essential that you do your experience day on a particular date, please call or email us to check the date is available BEFORE you purchase the voucher online. We cannot issue refunds and we do get booked up on weekends and during the summer months so it is best to confirm the date prior to purchasing the voucher to avoid disappointment.

If you wish to pay by cheque: please make the cheque payable to Coda Falconry Ltd and post to the following address: Coda Falconry Ltd, Hobbledown Heath, Staines Road, Hounslow, London, TW14 0HH with a covering letter stating your name, contact number and preferably an email address which we can contact you on and which experience day / spectator pass the cheque is for. Upon receiving this, a voucher pack will be put in the post to you as normal.

Experience days are weather permitting and Coda Falconry Ltd reserve the right to cancel experience days if the conditions are unsuitable on the day. We will do everything we can to go ahead with all of our bookings and will let you know by phone or email if we do need to cancel – this may be on the actual day of the experience due to our very English and unpredictable weather! If you are in any doubt as to whether your experience day is going ahead, you can call us on the centre number and we can give you confirmation on the day. In the event of a cancellation, we will re-book you onto the next available date. All of our vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and should be used within this time period. If the date expires on the voucher, you will have to pay a extension fee to cover the admin costs of getting a new voucher sent out to you. Please let us know in advance if the person doing the experience day with us has any medical conditions or disabilities that we may need to be aware of….Coda Falconry Ltd and Hobbledown Heath have full disabled access for guests on most experiences (suitability is explained on each experience day description) and we can accommodate for most medical conditions on our experience days.
