Call of the Wild Zoo
We have 15 birds of prey ranging from owls, hawks, falcons and even a beautiful Turkey Vulture who has a wingspan of over 6 feet. You can also see our highly intelligent Striated Caracara’s running around, causing chaos in the daily flying demonstrations!
Come and see a whole new bird of prey flying team while they are at rest in their aviaries throughout the day.
We do a public flying demonstration in the Call of the Wild Display Arena every day at 1pm – you can see a variety of birds being flown right in front of your eyes and we do try to make these demonstrations as interactive as possible so you can see the birds up close and personal.
As well as the daily flying displays, we also offer a brand new Bird of Prey Experience that will allow you to fly some of our beautiful birds to your gloved hand. All of our experience day vouchers include General Admission into Call of the Wild Zoo for the whole day too!
Please note that anyone wishing to come along to an experience day just to spectate can do so by purchasing one of our Spectator Pass vouchers. The Spectator Pass will allow you to be alongside the experience day participant and also includes General Admission into Call of the Wild Zoo for the whole day.
Our minimum ages are in place for safety reasons – please make sure that you acknowledge these before purchasing the voucher, as we may have to refuse entry if the customer doesn’t meet the minimum age requirements.
Call of the Wild Zoo is easy to reach via car and public transport. There is a free car park on site too!
